About the Role

 About the Client:
Our client provides high-tech solutions to the international space community, supporting satellite development, assembly integration, testing, and post-launch services. Their core activities include designing and developing complex electronics-based systems, such as Satellite Simulation & Test, TTC & TM/TC Systems, Modems (RF and Optical), and Data Processors.

Position Overview:

Our client seeks an enthusiastic PA/QA Engineer to join their team. They are responsible for maintaining and improving their ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and ensuring products meet customer expectations for quality and Product  Assurance.

 Key Responsibilities:
 ● Maintain and enhance the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
 ● Perform internal audits and manage corrective actions.
 ● Report quality KPIs and coordinate Management Reviews.
 ● Implement configuration management activities (documentation, hardware, software).
 ● Review customer requirements and prepare Product Assurance documentation.
 ● ManageRFD/RFWs, and NCRs, and participate in NRBs/MRBs.
 ● Ensure compliance with manufacturing/assembly/testing standards.
 ● Interact with customers and suppliers on Quality/Product Assurance matters.
 ● Support external project milestone reviews for Product Assurance aspects.
 ● Manageconfiguration control processes and baselines.

Qualifications:
 ● Engineering Degree or equivalent, with 4+ years in Product Assurance/Quality Assurance.
 ● Experience with ISO 9001 quality standards.
 ● Knowledge of ESA ECSS development and quality standards (advantageous).
 ● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 ● Experience in configuration management and auditing quality processes.
