In this Software Engineer role, you will be technical and disciplinary management of the SCSW (Satellite Control Software) Engineering department in the "Software" division.

- Develop a clear and visionary department strategy
- Organise and implement regular department meetings
- Personnel planning for software projects
- Define and improve software engineering in consultation with other line managers and software project managers
- Create and maintain relevant software processes, including support for projects in their application
To apply for this Software Engineer role, you will need completed studies in a suitable field, ideally in computer science, electrical engineering or aerospace engineering. You will also require the following:
- Several years of professional experience in software engineering of satellite projects and personnel management or project management
- Excellent knowledge of the application of software development processes and standards, e.g ECSS, DO-178C, Agile methods, V-Model
- Relevant knowledge of common MS Office tools
