Position Overview:
As a key member of the team, you will be the main focal point for Validation and Verification (V&V) activities. You will define and manage validation and verification plans, create necessary documentation, and oversee verification processes to ensure project success. Your role involves active participation in project reviews and effective management of verification activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to promote company growth.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships.
- Coordinate and manage capture plans and capture teams.
- Develop business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of strategies, products, and projects.
- Present business ideas and plans to management.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in a technical field or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in satellite-based reconnaissance, space, or defense, either as a program or project manager, systems engineer, or business development manager.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High self-motivation and results orientation.
- Experience in project management.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent in German and English.
