Position Overview:

Our client seeks a Chief of Staff (CoS) to partner closely with the CEO in driving the organization from its pre-revenue phase to sustainable growth. This role is pivotal in enhancing leadership effectiveness, fostering a culture of innovation, and establishing key systems to achieve operational excellence. The CoS will support executive functions, manage transformative changes, and ensure strategic objectives are met, solidifying a strong market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on leadership matters to foster growth and alignment with the company’s strategic needs and culture.
  • Develop and support the executive team, ensuring they possess the skills and acumen for executing the strategy, and assist in talent acquisition that aligns with these goals.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement that drives organizational success.
  • Drive scalability by implementing agile processes, tools, and systems to optimize functions, strengthen governance, and support long-term growth.
  • Support the CEO in crafting investor pitches, engaging potential investors, and managing due diligence, effectively communicating the strategic roadmap and risk mitigation plans.
  • Lead internal communications to ensure employees are well-informed on strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and departmental leaders to align and integrate efforts across functions.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to track progress, holding leadership accountable for commitments and measurable results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within high-growth or startup environments.
  • Proven experience supporting executive leadership, with expertise in organizational change, operational strategy, and program management.
  • .Strong decision-making, strategic planning, and guidance skills for executive and leadership teams.
  • Expertise in scaling systems, resource allocation, and budget management to support growth.
  • Skilled in leading complex projects, aligning cross-functional teams, and managing cultural change.
